What To Expect and FAQ

WELCOME TO LCN. We invite you to come – just as you are. There is no dress code when it comes to our Sunday gatherings. You will probably see everything from dresses and suits to shorts and sandals at our services. We are concerned about God working in your life, not what you wear. We are a community of people, young and old, trying to discover who Jesus is and how His life impacts ours. We ask honest questions. We look for truthful answers. We ask God to transform us. We do our best to show Jesus’ love to those around us. What to expect? Expect to be with other people who are on a spiritual journey, just like you.

How long will the service last? We start at 10:45 and are usually finished by Noon.

What will the service be like? We use a mix of contemporary music that you might hear on Chrisitan radio, along with some of the older hymns that have been updated, multi-media, personal stories, prayer and practical preaching to present the timeless truths of Scripture.

Will there be something for my children? In Kid's Church, children are taught age appropriate lessons by loving and faithful adults. We typically dismiss children just before the pastor brings the message. Infant and toddler care are also provided during the service with our great nursery staff.

Will I have to say anything or be singled out? We want you to feel welcomed at Lakeview and we would never do anything to single you out or embarrass you in anyway.
